After the championship defeat the seniors got back to winning ways with a good victory over Aghabog . Ciaran Duffy opened the scoring but Aghabog went straight down the field and scored the first of their two goals. Mark Mc Cabe then opened his account with a free shortly followed by a Colm Lambe point. Then Drumhowan hit a purple patch and in an 8 minute spell hit 2-5 without reply the goals coming from Colm Lambe and in between Kieran Mooney kicking 3 excellent points. However after Kevin Mooney put the team 2-8 to 1-1 ahead Drumhowan retreated and let Aghabog score 1-4 without reply to leave the half time score Drumhowan 2-8 Aghabog 1-5.
Aghabog hit the first point of the second half and reduced the margin to two points but that was as near as it got with Liam Mc Guirk getting a goal followed by nine point s from eight different players while in this period Aghabog could only manage two remaining scoreless in the last fifteen minutes
