Drumhowan continued their resurgent form when they started the JFC with a home win over Rockcorry. After seeing out the group stage of the league with a pair of high-scoring wins, Drumhowan repeated their recent victory against Rockcorry, but this time they needed a strong second-half performance to secure the points against a much more competitive showing from the visitors. With Aiden Quinn kicking eight points and Joseph Duffy and James McAdam finding the net in the second half, Drumhowan got off the mark in Group One.
