Universal Graphics JFC Semi Final took place last Saturday 5 October with Drumhowan emerging victorious over Toome on a 1-10 to 0-11 scoreline. Universal Graphics JFC Final – the semi-final victory over Toome means a final in Scotstown on Sunday October 20 at 3.30pm where Eire Óg will provide the opposition. All support is welcome.

 

Minors – The minors Division 3 championship semi – final ended in a defeat last Sunday 6 October where Cremartin emerged victorious on a 1-15 to 0-13 scoreline. Thanks to all the players, the management team of Jason Mc Entee and Brendan Treanor, selectors Kevin and Conor Curran and first aid of Annamarie Goodman for all the commitment throughout the season.

 

Breakfast Morning – as a result of qualifying for the Universal Graphics JFC Final the club will be running a breakfast morning this Sunday 13 October. Food will be served from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Come, get fed and wish the players the best of luck.

 

Flags for Sale – also at the breakfast morning there will be flags for sale. We urge all supporters to get their flags and colours out throughout the parish and even further afield.

Scór na nÓg – Anyone interested in entering as a solo singer, ballad group, instrumental group, recitation or quiz team member please contact Emmet on 089 – 4944788 as soon as possible as closing date for entries is the 21 October. The quiz will take in Latton on Thursday 7 November while the stage events will take place in Clontibret on Saturday 9 November. The All- Ireland will be held in Monaghan in January 2025. Remember to be eligible you need to be U17 in 2025.
