D Cube – Drumhowan are pleased to announce they will be the first club in Monaghan to run D Cube Fundraiser. It will take place on Saturday 14th June. €5000 euro to be won by the winner. Platinum Tanks RFC O’ Duffy Cup – Last Sunday we took on Latton in the RFC O Duffy Cup Preliminary Round. In a vastly improved performance we were still leading half way through the 2nd half. However three late goals by Latton dashed or hopes and so we exit the O Duffy Cup for 2014 with the full time score Latton 5 – 6 Drumhowan 2 – 8 . Next up for the B team is an unplayed league game against Emyvale in Drumhowan next Wednesday 14th May at 7.45pm.
Mc Elvaneys Recycling MFL Div 1 – On Tuesday 29th April St Patrick’s took on Carrick in Ballybay. They suffered a heavy defeat with the Full Time score St. Patrick’s 1-5 Carrickmacross 4 – 14. Last Tuesday (6th May) they took on Scotstown away. Check Twitter or facebook for a result. Next Tuesday 13th May the minors play Carrickmacross away at 7.30pm in the final game before the exam break.

Under 8 & 10 squads play Aughnamullen this Friday evening the 9th of May in Drumhowan . All players should be at the pitch for 6-45 sharp. We would encourage all parents to attend and support the young stars of the future. It will finish at 8pm just in time for parents to take their children over to Cloghan for the Co. Open Night.
Go Games – The next under 10 blitz is in Rockcorry on Sat May 17th and the under 8 side is out the following week also in Rockcorry -May 24th – Thanks to Martin Quinn who provided refreshments for the players at the last blitz.

Old Photos – as part of photo exhibition taking place in Community Centre in June the club are on the look out for old photos down through the years up to the present day. These photos can be be of winning/loosing teams, action shots or those taken at various social events. They will be cataloged, filed and copied and then returned to the owner. If anyone has photos can you please give them to Mary Duffy, Drumhowan or contact her on 087 773 1416
