Club Notes 6/3/12

Scór Sinsir- Well done to Carmel Duffy who represented the Club in the Solo Singing section at the Ulster Semi final of Scor Sinsir in Stradone last weekend. Carmel was a fine ambassador for the Club, but was just piped at the post, despite her fine performance. 

Reserve Football League– 1st game of season ended in a draw. Half time score Cremartin 1- 6 Drumhowan 1 – 3. However with the wind behind them in 2nd half they dominated the scoring with a number of excellent points by Kieran Mooney to lead by 3 points in injury time. However a last gasp goal by cremartin meant the game finished in a draw. Final Score – Drumhowan 1 – 9 Cremartin 2 -6. Great to see so many togged out. Next game will be Sunday 18^th March at home to Doohamlet at 2pm.

Stewards Training – in order to host championship games this year we will need to attend steward training in the coming weeks. further information next week. Each club will have to send at least 3 members.
