Universal Graphics JFC –  This Friday night the senior team take on Killanny in Round 3B of the championship. It will take place in Inniskeen at 8pm Please come out and support.  The winners will play either Blackhill or Aughnamullen in the semi final.

 

 

Mc Elvaneys Recycling MFL Div 1 –  St. Patricks lost to Donaghmoyne last Tuesday 29th July. The full time score was St. Patrick’s 1 – 6 Donaghmoyne 1 – 18. The final game of their campaign will be against Killanny on Tuesday 12th August  at 7.30pm in Ballybay.

 
Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Div 1 – The U16s had a good victory at home in Drumhowan last Thursday 31st July when they beat Scotstown on the scoreline St. Patrick’s 5 – 10 Scotstown 0 – 11.  They take on Monaghan Harps tonight Thursday  7th August  in the championship at 7.30pm away in Monaghan.

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Div 3 -They play Clontibret in the final league game on Saturday 16th August.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U12 Div 2A – The u12s had a good  final league game when they overcame Seans on the final scoreline Drumhowan 10 – 15  Sean Mc Dermotts 3 – 10  The semi final for this competition is provisionally fixed for Tuesday 12th August. Depending on other results Drumhowan maybe taking part in this.

 

Under 10 –  We had Cremartin as visitors to Mc Keown Park on Thursday night last for a challenge game. It turned out to be a very competitive game with some excellent displays of the skills of the game by both sides. Drumhowan shaded the first section but Cremartin were the dominant team in the middle section. The final segment was even enough as both teams tired after 50 minutes of tough football. Thanks to Cremartin for the game and well done to our side on a fine performance.

Under 10/12 – Both these sides have a challenge game on tonight Thursday 7th in Drumhowan at 7pm. All players to attend for 6-50pm

Gowna Tournament – Our under 10 team have been invited to take part in this 24 team competition with other  teams from Ulster and Leinster. It takes place on September 6th in Gowna which is 10 miles out the far side of Cavan Town.

Monday training for all teams U6 – U14  continues at 7pm. New players welcome

 

Good luck – to the Monaghan Senior Team who take on Dublin in the All Ireland Quarter Final  this Saturday 9th August in Croke Park.
