Circuit Training continues with Ursula and UR Fitness every and Thursday at 7.30pm in the Centre. Now the clocks have changed it’s time to get in shape for Christmas.
Keep Free – Sunday 19th November Model Toy and Mega Truck Show is being held in The Glencarn from 12-6pm. Proceeds are for Children Cancer Charities and Special Needs Active Parents. A great family funday is guaranteed

Congratulations to Maria (nee Duffy) and Seán Farmer on the birth of the their daughter Nora Grace on Monday 30th of October – Seán had to make a quick getaway from the Gala Ball. Another addition to the full back line came last Sunday the 5th of November when Éadaoin and Gerry Woods welcomed a new baby boy into the world. No name details as of yet!!
