New Members on the Executive – at the January meeting of the club the two positions that were left vacant at the AGM were filled. Congratulations to Kevin Curran who filled the position of secretary while Joanne Ward became Healthy Club Officer.

National Club Draw 2025 – the club are once again taking part in this. Tickets are priced at €15 are available from any club executive member or senior player. Irish Life Every Step Counts Challenge – Drumhowan GAA are delighted once again to take part in the Irish Life Every Step Counts challenge in partnership with the GAA Community & Health department.   This challenge is in support of club and community members getting active in January and February.  This commenced 4weeks ago and will continue for 1 more week until Wednesday 12th February. As a club, we have 30 active walkers and
have now completed 7,400km.

CE Worker Vacancy  Drumhowan GAA club and Community Group have a vacancy for a cleaner – caretaker at the Community Centre and dressing rooms so a job mostly based indoors. The hours are 19.5 per week and you are on the Community Employment Program. Eligibility to participate in the CE scheme is generally linked to being over 21 years old and also being in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for one year or more.
