Registration & Membership Night– Will take place in The Centre next Monday evening 6th March from 6-45pm to 8-15pm where you can pay your annual Friends of Drumhowan Membership €120. Help will be there to show you how to complete the process online if you need it. You can also pay it online yourself by logging into the gaa system www.foireann.ie or you can also pay by either paypal or online banking. This year we are having an early bird draw for €250 if you have paid on or before March 17th. All players must be paid in advance of training and games commencing to be covered by the GAA insurance. Senior and Reserves– Training continues in preparation for the new Season. Reserves will commence around St Patricks weekend with the Seniors out in mid April.
U17 – U18– We have entered a team in both of these competitions. U18 league will commence on the last Tuesday of March and be played on Tuesday evenings in March and April. U17 will start after the state exams in June.
U15 St Kevins– Training continues on Monday evening at 7pm. Management hopes to organise a game this week. Competition starts around the end of March on Thursday evenings.
U13- Training continues on Monday evenings at 7pm and please ensure your child wears a gum shield at all times.
U7-9-11– Training will soon recommence for these age groups so get the boots out and ready and get outside and practice the kicking and catching skills against the wall. Plus login into www.foireann.ie and register and pay your family membership in advance.
Ladies Rounders- Training continues on Thursday evenings at 7pm. New members welcome to join. Contact any rounders player or any committee member.
Monaghan– Well done to the seniors on their good win in Clones last Sunday and good luck to Darragh, Francis and the team in Galway this Sunday. Also good luck to Caolan and the U20 Team against Louth this Saturday in Castleblayney. Well done to Tom Doherty who played with Monaghan U17 in their match v Derry last weekend and good luck to Tom and his team mates in the season ahead.
Thanks– to all those who helped out at the Ladies U16 Championship game in Drumhowan last Saturday. As usual all was in tip top shape and the event was run very smoothly with a lot of favourable comments re. the facilities and hospitality on offer.

Ireland Lights Up– We had almost 60 at our final walk last Wednesday night. It was also in memory of the late Mary Duffy and with many of her family in attendance.
Steps Raffle– Well done to Tara Quinn who won the €100 and to Cathal Mooney who won the €50.
