Guinness World Record Attempt– Drumhowan along with other clubs and organisations are attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the largest 3 legged race on Saturday May 4th at 11.30am and we need as many people as possible to take part on the day. At a recent committee meeting we decided to be a part of this record breaking attempt and promote this event. The race will take place on participating club grounds throughout the country on Saturday 4th May at 11:30am. All we have to do is get juvenile players, their friends, senior players, club members and indeed anyone within the community that wants to take part in the event to sell five lines at €3.00 each and the club raises money and at the end of the day you will be part of a World Record. It will be a Guinness Book of Records event and when successful, we will break an official Guinness World Record and there will be a Certificate for every participant confirming that they have broken a World Record. So please get selling and see you on the day to take part.
