Junior League: Drumhowan had a disappointing defeat against Blackhill on Sunday last. Half time score 6 points to 5 points however Blackhill dominated the second half of the game. Anthony Mulligan and Brendan Duffy performed well in the first half of the game with Anthony scoring a point from play. Final score 1-13 to 9 points. Next game is against Aghabog in Drumhowan at 4pm this Sunday 22nd with another game the following Wednesday 25th away to Oram at 7.30pm.
Minors – After a sluggish first half display the St Pats team improved after the break to run out winners over Tyholland in the first league game. They play Doohamlet in Ballybay on Tuesday 24th @7.15pm
Under 16s – Again here it was a late revival that earned the team a share of the spoils against Clones. Final score was 2-10 to 3-7. Next game is against Cremartin on Thursday 26th April in Drumhowan at 7pm.
Under 14s – This team open their campagin on this Saturday with a home game v Fergal O Hanlons at 12 noon. Best wishes to the team in the season ahead and to the management team of Padraig Duffy , Paul Mc Guirk , Francis Mc Mahon ,Anthony Brennan and Sean Smith
Under 12s – The under 12s team had a good win against Cremarin in the first league game on Saturday last. On what was a good all round team performance some of the passing and shooting was top drawer.
Under 10s – The first Go Games Blitz of the season takes place this Saturday morning in Fergal O Hanlons at 10am. All players should be at the venue for 9.45am and the blitz will be finished by noon.
Ages 5-14 – Training continues every Monday evening at 7pm for all children from ages 5-14 . All players welcome
Young Whistlers – Well done to Mark Mc Cabe, Aiden Quinn and Josh Sherry who all completed this course and will now referee at the under 8/10 Go Games during the season
