D Cube – Drumhowan are pleased to announce they will be the first club in Monaghan to run D Cube Fundraiser. It will take place on Saturday 14th June. €5000 euro to be won by the winner. Eurotech JFL – We took on Aghabog on Wednesday 7th May and secured the first win of our campaign by defeating the home team. The final score was Drumhowan 1 – 11 Aghabog 1 – 6 Scorers Colm Lambe 1-3 (0-2 frees) Kevin Mooney 0 – 4 Kieran Mooney 0 – 1 Michael Atkinson 0 – 1 David Millar 0 – 1 JP O’ Neill 0 – 1 This week we play Oram which has now been changed to Saturday at 7pm in Oram. Next week we take on Killanny. This will take place in Killanny next Wednesday 21st May at 8pm
Platinum Tanks RFL Div 1B We played Emyvale last night Wednesday 14th May. Please check twitter or facebook for a result. The next game in this competition is on Sunday 25th May when we take on Tyholland at home.
Mc Elvaneys Recycling MFL Div 1 – On Tuesday (6th May) they took on Scotstown away. The final score was St. Patrick’s 1 – 9 Scottown 2 – 19 Last Tuesday 13th May the minors played Carrickmacross away at 7.30pm in the final game before the exam break.
Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Div 1 Tonight Thursday 15th May the U16s take on Magheracloone while next Thursday 22nd May in the final game before the exam break they take on Truagh away.

Under 10 – Its a busy week ahead for this team as we play Aughnamullen away on Thursday evening (tonight) with a 7pm start and then we go to Rockcorry for a Go Games Blitz on Saturday morning for a 10am start. All players should be in Rockcorry for 9.40am on Saturday morning and the blitz will be over by noon.
Under 8 – This side will be out the following Saturday 24th May also in Rockcorry at 10am.
Old Photos – as part of photo exhibition taking place in Community Centre in June the club are on the look out for old photos down through the years up to the present day. These photos can be be of winning/loosing teams, action shots or those taken at various social events. They will be cataloged, filed and copied and then returned to the owner. If anyone has photos can you please give them to Mary Duffy, Drumhowan or contact her on 087 773 1416 Also please note this photos need to be left with Mary by the Friday 23rd May.
Sympathy – The club would like to convey our symapthy to the Millar Family on the death of Dwayne who died tragically in a motorbike accident last Friday 9th May. Dwayne was a former Juvenile player of the Club and brother David is a current Senior Player. Sadly it was noticed that he was one of the first to accept the invitation to attend D Cube. Universal Graphics JFC commences on Saturday 24th May in Drumhowan when Killeevan take on last years finalists Blackhill. Stewards will be needed fron 6pm that evening. The following week on Friday evening 30th we take on Toome in Blackhill at 8pm. Then on Saturday 7th June there is a double header in Páirc Mhic Eoin when Oram take on Aghabog followed by ÉireÓg and Aughnamulllen. Stewards will be needed from 5pm that evening.
