OsKaRs – preparations for April 7th continue at great pace. Casting auditions took place last week This week the actors will find out the movie they are going to be in. They will continue to sell their tickets and also doing their fundraising. Saturday 24th is a big day. During the day Joanne Ward will hold her Car Boot Sale at Drumhowan Community Centre. In the evening the action moves to the Welcome Inn with Elaine Keenan’s Karaoke Night. Full details on both these events and others can be seen on the Drumhowan GAA Facebook Page. U11 indoor blitz. – takes place this Saturday 17th in the Recreation Centre in Ballybay from 10am to 12 noon. Make sure to bring water and to wear your gumshield;
U13-15 Both these teams will train in Drumhowan this Saturday 17th February from 11- 12.30. The session will take place both indoor and outdoor,
U6/7/9 – training for the youngest of groups takes place also on Saturday 17th , in Ballybay Recreation Centre from 4 – 5 pm.
Player’s Membership – before the playing season commences at the beginning of March all adult players must player their Friends of Drumhowan Membership. This can be done in one amount or monthly by direct debit. Only paid up members are covered by the GAA Injury fund and as a result will not be considered for selection until it’s paid.
