D Cube – With just over two days left to D Cube in the Glencarn Hotel on the 14th of June all the contestants are now ready and the programme has now been printed. Last minute tickets are being sold. Universal Graphics JFC – We took on Toome in the championship replay last Sunday in Cremartin. This game didn’t live up to the original game and was quite scrappy with both sides making double figures in wides. The half time score was 4 point apiece. The second half didn’t get much better with Cathal Mooney getting the equalising point in injury time to leave the score Drumhowan 0 -9 Toome 1-6. The game then went to extra time where Drumhowan made the dream start with Michael Atkinson scoring a goal. However it was all down hill from there with Toome gaining the upper hand and outscoring us by 0-9 to 0-2. Eurotech JFL – It is now back to league when we take on our championship opponents on Friday night the 13th of June away from home at 8pm. The next game following that will not be till July.
Platinum Tanks RFL Div 1B – Last night on Wednesday 11th June we were away to Emyvale. Check Twitter and facebook for a result. We take on Cremartin away from home next Wednesday night the 18th June at 8pm. The last game before the holiday break will be at home to fellow parishioners Ballybay on Tuesday 24th June.

U8 & U10 We had near neighbours Doohamlet as visitors to Mc Keown Park on Monday evening for games at both under 8 & under 10 levels. We had two under 8 teams and 1 under 10 team. All three games were keenly contested as both sides gave their all in front of a large crowd despite the heavy showers. Well done to all players on the night and thanks to Doohamlet for the games. Training continues as normal on Monday evenings at 7pm.
U10 Go Games blitz scheduled for this weekend in Cloghan is off until July. The under 8 team is out on Saturday 21st in Cloghan.
