Clones made a winning start to their JFC campaign with six points to spare at home to Drumhowan. Clones ran out comfortable winners after the visitors were reduced to 14 men in the first half. Drumhowan took a strong run of form into this one after three prolific wins since their loss to Clones in the league, but they managed just four points in each half here.
