Dinner Dance – the JFC winning team will receive their medals at this. This will be taking place in the Hillgrove Hotel Monaghan on Saturday 8th March. Tickets will be available in February.
Irish Life Every Step Counts Challenge is back. – Drumhowan GAA are delighted once again to take part in the Irish Life Every Step Counts challenge in partnership with the GAA Community & Health department. This challenge is in support of club and community members getting active in January and February. This commenced 3weeks ago and will continue until Wednesday 12th February. As a club, we have 30 active walkers and
have now completed 4,800km.
CE Worker Vacancy Drumhowan GAA club and Community Group have a vacancy for a cleaner – caretaker at the Community Centre and dressing rooms so a job mostly based indoors. The hours are 19.5 per week and you are on the Community Employment Program. Eligibility to participate in the CE scheme is generally linked to being over 21 years old and also being in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for one year or more.
