Date for the Diary Saturday 25th November. We are having a reunion night to celebrate our three winning championship teams of the 90’s. 1991 Junior Championship win and the two Intermediate Championships in ’93 & ’97. Great night guaranteed with dancing to Mickey The Butcher. More details in coming weeks. If anyone has any pictures, programmes, or video of any of the finals please contact Noel Duffy or any committee member asap. Tickets are €20.
Jiving The local Macra Na Feirme group,the 3 Parishes Macra, is running a 6-week jiving programme every Thursday from the 27th of October to the 1st of December in the Drumhowan community centre. Time: 8-9:15pm. Macra members: €40 for 6 weeks or €8 per class. Non-Macra members: €50 for 6 weeks or €10 per class. Classes are open to everyone.
Litter pick Our bi-annual litter pick will be this Saturday morning until 3pm. You can commence litter picking any day that suits you this week and drop the bags to the centre for Saturday. All help to clean our surroundings is most appreciated. Pickers and bags will be available in the centre from Thursday onwards.
