Please find below information and links relating to the Health Questionnaire & elearning module that all active participants have to fill out or have filled out on their behalf, before a return to activity.
The Health Questionnaire and elearning module which both MUST be undertaken, are two key parts of the return to play roadmap for Gaelic games.
1.You can access the elearning module here: http://courses.gaa.ie/Covid19ClubEd.
When finished screen shot the cert if on a phone. If on a laptop go to print and then select option save as pdf. You have to send this to Noel Duffy at drumhowancovid@gmail.com For U17 members 1 cert per family is sufficient
2.Each person participating in Gaelic Games must complete the Health Questionnaire prior to the first occasion that they return to their club is now available here: https://returntoplay.gaa.ie.
3. You then have to reconfirm this before each training session or game.
If you don’t do this you are not allowed to train or play.
