Platinum Tanks RFL Div 2A – The B’s begin their campaign next week with two games in quick succession . On Sunday 15th of March they take on Donaghmoyne in Páirc Mhic Eoin at 12 noon. Then on the 17th of March they will take on Éire Óg in Smithborough also at 12 noon.
Mc Elevaney Recycling MFL Div 1 – St. Patrick’s began their League Campaign on Saturday with a 2 – 17 to 1-6 victory over Truagh. This Saturday the 14th of March the opposition is Seán Mc Dermotts , this time the venue is Drumhowan at 2.30pm. Thanks To Seán Conlan for sponsoring a set of jerseys for this team.
Under 16 – St Patrick’s training commenced last week. Best of luck to the players and management team of Thomas Mc Skeane and Francis Mc Mahon in the season ahead. The first league game is scheduled for Thursday April 9th.
Under 14 – This teams campagin begins on this Saturday 14th of March in Division 2 when we take on a Toome/Oram combination in Toome at 2pm. All players should be in Toome for 1.20pm. Best of luck to the team and management. The boys had a useful workout against a strong Latton side on Saturday evening last. Again we appeal to our supporters to come out and support our juvenile teams.
Under 12 – had a good run out against Doohamlet last week. Played over 3 periods all of our panel got valuable game time.Training continues on Monday and Thursday nights at 7pm. The first game in the Spring League is away to Clones on Saturday March 21st at 2pm.
Under 10 – Training continues on Monday and Thursdays at 7pm.
Under 6-8 – Training continues on Saturday evenings from 4 – 5pm for these ages. There was a good turnout at our first session on Saturday last. All players aged 5 and over are welcome. Just come along and fill out a Registration form. Wrap up well and take both boots and runners
St Brigids Table Quiz.
A Big Thank you from the Organisers, to all who attended the St Brigids LGFC Table Quiz on Friday night in Ballybay. The turnout was brilliant, thanks also to all who sponsored prizes, gave donations on the night, brought food for the tea, and last but by no means least a big thank you to Stephen Duffy our Question Master, the best in the business, your support was greatly appreciated.
