Seniors- The senior team played at home to Clones on Sunday last, they led with a half time score of 1-6 to 5 points but the game ended a draw with a final score of 1-8 to 11 points. They play away to Killeevan this Sunday 19th at 12.30. Please note the change of time in the championship game against Clones on September 2nd, this game will now be played at 5.30 in Scotstown. Junior Bs- The B team are also due to play away to Kileevan next Wednesday 22nd August at 7.15. They played Corduff last night 15th August, details from that match will be included in next week’s paper. Minors – played their 1st game of their Championship campaign against Cuchulainn Sarsfields last Tuesday. Over the next 2 Tuesdays they will play Inniskeen at home and Tyholland away. Their league final at the minute is pencilled in for the 1st Tuesday in September. U16s – will play their div 3 league semi-final this Thursday (tonight) away to Magheracloone at 7pm – please come and show your support. U14s – had a good win over Harps last Saturday Final score 12 – 14 to 6 – 5. Next game is away to Scotstown on Saturday 25th August. U12s – will play their shield semi-final this Thursday ( tonight) against Eire Og at 7pm in Drumhowan Please come out and support. U8s blitz – another blitz was held last Saturday morning before u14 game – with 6 clubs taking part – Drumhowan and Aghabog with 2 teams, Tyholland, Éire Óg, Killeevan and Sean Mc Dermotts with one. Thanks to all those who helped out to make it a successful morning. Next blitz is an u10 one on Saturday 25th August. Geraldines Summer Camp – took place over the last 3 days. Thanks to Quinns Quality Meats who sponsored the camp. Also to the coaches who volunteered to help. Further details will appear next week..
