Reserves: Please note the reserve game against Doohamlet has been changed to this Saturday, St. Patricks Day at 12 noon. Under 13: Football Under Lights – This blitz takes place in Cloghan on this Friday evening 16th March at 7pm. All players to be in Cloghan for 6.45pm U-12: This team had a useful run out against Doohamlet last Saturday morning in Mc Keown Park in preperation for the Spring league. Our first game in this competition will be against Emerald Sarfields in Oram on Saturday March 24th at 12 o clock. Under 12/14: continues on Monday evenings at 7pm. Under 6/8/10: Training continues also on Monday evenings at 7pm. Weather permitting it will be outdoors from this Monday onwards so come prepared and bring both boots/runners. Also note training takes place on bank holidays as per normal throughout the season – No rest for the mentors or boys and girls in Drumhowan! Good luck: to Ballybay Boys National school in the Northern Standard Cup final against Scoil Rois, Carrick which takes place in Inniskeen at 4pm this Friday 16th March. Gaeltacht Scholarships: Interviews for Gaeltacht Scholarships will take place in the Enterprise Centre Castleblayney on Saturday 21st April beginning at 10am.These are half scholarships and are available for students in the 14 to 17 age bracket. This is available to any youth player or even if their parents are Friends of Drumhowan. Further information is available from club secretary Noel Duffy, 0861931933. Friends of Drumhowan: Club members will be going around houses in the coming days to collect any unpaid Friends of Drumhowan fees.
