Platinum Tanks RFL Division 2A Last Wednesday the 30th of May the reserves had a much closer game with Doohamlet but still came out on the losing side of a 2-8 to 1-9 scoreline. An away game to Ballybay is the next game for this team which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 13th June at 8pm.
Gerry’s Prepared Veg U13 Division 2 Championship The U13s overcame Latton on a 4-16 to 2-8 scoreline last Wednesday 30th May. As a result they play Aghabog away in the semi final this Thursday 7th June at 7.15pm All support welcome here. Last Saturday the 2nd of June the League Game v Clan na Gael was cancelled due a death in Oram.
U7s and U9s – had a great day taking part at Blackhill Sports last Monday the 4th of June. Thanks to Blackhill for organising everything.
Sympathy The club would like to extend its sympathy to the family of friends of Dr. Maeve Smyth and Jim Flynn on their death. Sympathy is also extended to the relatives of Vincent Mc Naughton who was a former FAS worker at the club. Finally remember in your prayers John Curley, Kilnacran Braddox and Market Square, Castleblayney who was buried in Tullycorbet on Monday 4th June. John was a former underage player with the club.
