Universal Graphics JFC  Group 2 Round 2  –  The seniors held out for a narrow victory in Round 2 of the Championship last Friday night the 31st of July. The game was secured with a last second goal by Patrick Quinn. Universal Graphics JFC Group 2 Round 3  –  This Sunday 9th of August  the seniors are away to Clones  in the Championship. Throw in is at 5pm in a must win game. Once again the club is limited to 55 tickets and seeing it’s an away game these must be pre-purchased. Please text Megan on 086 – 2247119 to reserve your ticket. Please do this by Friday 7pm.
 
Magure International Division 2 MFC –  Last Tuesday the 28th of July  the U17s suffered a narrow defeat away in Kilmore. Full time score after a high scoring encounter  was St. Patricks 3-15  Scotstown 2-20 On Tuesday 4th August Clontibret were the visitors to Ballybay. Please check social media for result. Then next Tuesday 11th of August in Round 5 there is the long away trip to Truagh with a 7.15pm throw in.
 
Manor Farm  U15 Division 2 Championship  – In a game of two halves last Thursday the 30th of July in Páirc Mhic Eoin  the U15s emerged victorious  after a second half scare on a full time scoreline Drumhowan  5-10 Clontibret 3-6.   This Thursday the 6th of August they are away to Emyvale with a 7.30pm throw in. Then next Thursday the 13th of August Donaghmoyne are the visitors to Páirc Mhic Eoin  with a 7.15pm start.
 
Gerry’s Prepared Veg U13 Division 3 Championship. The U13s had a bad day at the office last Saturday the 1st of August when they suffered a heavy defeat to a strong Inniskeen team on a 2-3 to 9-10 scoreline.  Next game in this competition is away to Sean Mc Dermotts on Friday 14th August at 7.15pm
Sympathy  – The club would like to offer it’s sympathy to Dorinda Sherry  on the sudden death of her brother Martin Pearse who was laid to rest in Monaghan  on Thursday 6th of August.
