JFC- We face Scotstown in the next round of the Championship this Saturday 7thSeptember at 4pm in Clontibret. Please come out to show your support. Best of luck to players and management.

JFL- We had a win against Killeevan on Friday last with a final score 2-15 to 1-8. Our next league game will be away to Scotstown on Sunday 29th September.

U17s- Our U17s had a good win against Monaghan Harps on Tuesday last. We will now play in the Division 1 Championship Quarter final next Tuesday 10th September in Drumhowan. Opposition is unknown.

U15s- We face Latton in the quarter final of the championship this Thursday 5thSeptember at 6.30pm in Drumhowan. Please come out and show your support.

U13s- We play Seans in the semi final of the championship this Sunday 8th September in Latton at 11am. Please come out and show your support to the players as this is a crucial game for the lads.

U11s- Final result on Saturday last was Emyvale 0-16 Drumhowan 0-15 after had a very close fought game in windswept Emyvale. It was real exciting battle between two well matches sides. In the end Emyvale emerged winners by a single point. After the game Marion Donnelly from Monaghan GAA presented an award to a player from each side. This player would have shown good improvements all year and also played well on the day. Feargal Quinn was the Drumhowan player to receive the award. Well done to players, panel and management teams on a very exciting match.

All-Ireland Ticket Winners- Congratulations to the winners of our All-Ireland ticket draw- Owenie Sullivan, Peter&Ann Duffy, Seamus Duffy and Mark Hughes. Members will be entered into a draw next week for a chance to purchase tickets for the All-Ireland replay. Thanks to everyone who paid up their Friends of Drumhowan membership and supporting the club. All membership is greatly appreciated.

Sympathy- The club wishes to extend their sympathies to the Mulligan family on the death of Joe Duffy, brother in law of Joe Mulligan. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

St.Brigids- Congratulations to the St.Brigids ladies team who beat Blayney to win the Junior Championship Final on Friday last with a final score of 7-4 to 3-9. It was great to see Drumhowan well represented with some former juvenile players on the team. Wishing all players and management the very best of luck in the Ulster Club Series.

Help needed- Help is needed shop/kitchen/stewards this Sunday 8th September for the Intermediate Championship game Emyvale V Donaghmoyne. Please be at the centre for 3pm.
