Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year – As these are the final Club Notes of 2017 on behalf of the Club I would like to wish all our members, players, volunteers and supporters Nollaig Shona agus Athbhliain faoi Mhaise Daoibh. Over the Christmas period we will run our Friends of Drumhowan Christmas Draw. Winners will appear on our social media channels.

Monaghan GAA Yearbook –   is now on sale in all good shops. 324 pages full of the year’s events for the amazing price of €10. As well as looking back on the year there are photos of our u12s, u14s and St. Pats U16s Shield  winners. It would make an ideal Stocking Filler.

Foundation Courses –  The club will require additional help with our Under 6-8 players in 2018. The County Board are running 2 Foundation courses one on the 19th / 20th January and another on 9th /10th February 2018. In order to work with juveniles you must do the course first. So anyone interested in helping out should contact Cormac Duffy on 087-0963941 to book onto these.

New Management –  In charge of our Senior Team for 2018 will be Matthew Lambe as manager and Johnny Murtagh as coach.  We wish the both of them the best of luck.  Provisionally their campaign is pencilled in to start on March 11th  with the Bs a few weeks earlier.
