JFL  – We had a facile win over a depleted Scotstown side on Sunday
last in the league. Next game is away to Oram on Sunday August 13th.

U16  St Pats suffered a heavy defeat in the championship against
Castleblayney last Thursday night. Blayney were just a bigger faster
and more skillful side all over the pitch. We are away to Maghercloone
on this Thursday night at 7.30pm in the second game of the round robin
shield.

U14 Div 3 Championship Semi Final  Drumhowan  4-9 Doohamlet 3-9 .  We
had a good win over Doohamlet on Monday evening in a very exciting
match that ebbed and flowed with both sides on top at various stages.
We now play table toppers and so far unbeaten this season Patrick
Emmetts in the final on Bank Holiday Monday next in Monaghan Harps
pitch at 6pm. Again we appeal for our supporters turn out in numbers
and support the boys. Best of luck to the team and management in the
final.

U12 Div 2 League   Drumhowan 5-12 Killanny 4-10  We completed our
league campaign with a win in Killanny on Saturday last. We raced into
a good lead with wind assistance in the first half but a strong
Killanny fightback saw them put us under major pressure in the second
half but we held out. We now enter the round robin Cup competition
which is due to commence on Sat August 19th and also has games on Aug
26th and Sept 9th.

U10 – Go Games – We took part in a good blitz in Aughnamullen on
Thursday night last and our team performed well. We hope to have a
challenge game in next week or so.

U6-8-10-12-14  Training is on this Thursday evening at 7pm.

No training next Monday on the bank holiday – Its on Tuesday night 7pm
instead for all ages.

Gerry Reilly Cup – Well done to Monaghan U16 side who won this
defeating Meath by a point on Sunday evening last and especially to
our own Darragh Mc Elearney who came on as a second half sub in the
final.

Good Luck to Monaghan team against the Dubs in Croke Park on Saturday evening.

Friends of Drumhowan money can be handed to any committee member or in
at juvenile training next week.
